We will acknowledge your progress and overall wellbeing by tracking with tape measurements, the scale and by strength tests. Success can be measured in many different ways.

As your coach I’ll empower you to start from where you’re at and take it step-by-step.
To grow, and to change, we need to push ourselves out of our own comfort zone. To be successful we need focus on progression, enjoying the journey and staying consistent.
Therefore, we will establish healthy habits that you can keep and that will make you feel awesome! This includes focus on strength training, 2-4 times a week and 1-2 moderate intensity cardio sessions per week. Prepare yourself to dedicate 30-60 minutes per session, depending on your preferences.
A Holistic Approach
First thing first. We should always remember why we were created, and do our best to be the best version of ourselves.
In your custom training program for example, which is delivered in the Energized Muslimah App, you’ll have exercise demonstrations of me in hijab and without any music.
