“I’ve heard about Coach Carin from a sister on Snapchat. The sister has written all the info about her and how happy she was. I had weight and fat problems on my body especially on my stomach and back. I contacted her and got a quick reply the same day and I was very welcomed.
I am incredibly happy that I decided to have a personal trainer (online trainer) because I had zero motivation for training and to be healthy.
My program was ready within 3 days after having filled out some forms about what I like to eat and don’t like. I’ve got a good food plan that I’m happy with.
It was tough to start training (home fitness training) but I got the motivation I needed from Coach Carin.
After a couple of times at home fitness training I felt that I had a lot of energy to perform other tasks than just sitting on the couch after work.
The program I started was 60 days, and my main goal was to have less fat on my stomach and back, but also get motivation for exercise.
I got good results, I lost 3.8 kg, and reduced 15 cm on my stomach. I learned a lot, how to choose good foods, drink 2L of water per day and to be active.

“YOU ARE FREAKING AMAZING! I wish I could have your guidance all year around! Ma shaa Allah thank you for making me feel happier and healthier. One of my biggest goals was and still is to lose weight and get a flat tummy. I did lose weight alhamdulilah but not as much as I hoped for. But with that said, until now I’ve tried so many diets and workouts and didn’t lose even 100 gram on the scale! Now I lost almost X kilogram! “After having fluctuated pretty much my whole life with weight and nutrition, I feel that Carin is way more than just a regular Trainer and more of a holistic life coach!
