Your workouts are customized and consider your level, your goals and your needs. Workouts are delivered with video demonstrations through the Energized Muslimah App. You may also record yourself performing the exercises and receive my feedback on your technique, which will make the online training more personalized and even more valuable.
You’ll receive approximately 3 different workouts per week. These will be changed to more difficult exercises as you progress, in order to constantly being positively challenged and inspired.
