Your workouts are customized and consider your level, your goals and your needs. Workouts are delivered with video demonstrations through the Energized Muslimah App.
You may also record yourself performing the exercises and receive my feedback on your technique, which will make the online training more personalized and even more valuable.
You’ll receive 3 different workouts per week. Your program is being updated every 4 weeks and as you progress during this 12-week program.
- Personalized training program design. 3 workouts a week. For home workouts or the gym, with adjustments on an ongoing basis as needed. New workout every 4 weeks.
