The Steps of the Program
Step 1: The Program starts by filling out four assessments. This will give me the opportunity to understand your goals and create your plan.
Step 2: A program with weekly actions to take, habits to implement, and tracking to keep up your progress.
Step 3: Throughout the program you will establish both healthy eating routines and a regular fitness routine. The fitness program includes video demonstration, tracking and weekly support.
Step 4: To make it easier to eat balanced you’ll receive sample meal plans as a guidance full of healthy breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner recipes.
What is Stopping You?
With so many diets and exercise videos available on YouTube and the like, I’m sure you have probably tried at least one. But they didnt work. You didn’t achieve the results that you wanted. Because the programs were never personalised. Neither did they support your habits.
I know this because with twenty years of experience, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. And I’ve seen body transformations with my clients in Qatar and elsewhere. Maybe you got stuck by believing it’s too hard, takes too much time and that it’s too difficult to live a healthy lifestyle. Get Fit and Energized is easy to follow, with simple, delicious meal plans, and training routines that are tailor made to suit your goal and abilities.
A holistic approach
I was stuck too at one point, during the 5 amazing years that i lived in Qatar, and especially when i first moved to morocco. But I got back up. I went back to the basics, and what actually works, for today and tomorrow. But before I did that, and during my own moments of take-away food and ice cream, I earned my Health Coach degree. That was a great turning point, for both myself and my clients. I truly leveled up my services improving my holistic approach to weight loss. But I don’t like that term, I focus on fat loss with my clients. Then the weight is obviously happening too, in a healthier way. And with that you’ll be getting curves in the right places too!
At that point having been a trainer for almost 2 decades, I knew what diets were like, and I knew what it was like to think a lot about foods and portion sizes. I also knew what it was like to love to workout and be in excellent shape! But, I experienced how it was to eat too much of wrong food and not working out efficiently.
I was off track. I was off track with my health. My physical body suffered. My mind definitely suffered too!
I knew that if I felt like that, there must be other women feeling like that too.
Therefore, I started my own personal training business in Qatar, and it came to flourish. A business where I supported and taught women what to eat and what exercises to do. Simple exercise programs to do at home,keeping things easy and convenient.
No need for detox juices, diets or hours of cardio.
