“I wanted to lose weight, and I had heard about Carin through social media. I didn’t want to work out at the gym (wanted to do it at home), and also needed someone who could help me with the food. The Steps of the Program
Step 1: The Program starts by filling out four assessments. This will give me the opportunity to understand your goals and create your plan.
Step 2: A program with weekly actions to take, habits to implement, and tracking to keep up your progress.
Step 3: Throughout the program you’re establishing both healthy eating routines and a regular fitness routine. The fitness programs includes video demonstration, tracking and weekly support.
Step 4: To make it easier to eat balanced you’ll receive a custom meal plan as a guidance along with an inspiring cook book full of healthy breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner recipes. You are also receiving feedback on your food diary.
What is Stopping You?

I was stuck too at one point, during the 5 amazing years that I lived in Qatar. But I was especially stuck when I first moved to Morocco.
But I got back up, and went back to the basics, and what actually works. Today and tomorrow. Before I did so however, and during my moments of all take-away food and ice cream, I earned my degree as Health Coach.
That was an amazing decision. For both myself and my clients. I truly leveled up my services as I improved my own holistic approach to weight loss. But I don’t like that word, I focus more on fat loss with my clients. Then the weight loss is also happening obviously, but a healthy one. Plus that you’ll get your curves in the right place.
Having been a trainer for almost 2 decades back then, I knew what diets were like, and I knew what it was like to think a lot about foods and portion sizes. I also knew what it was like to love to workout and be in excellent shape! But, I also experienced how it was to eat too much of wrong food and not working out efficiently.
I was off track. I was off track with my health. My physical body suffered. My mind definitely suffered too!
I knew that if I felt like that, there must be other women feeling like that too.
Therefore, I started my own personal training business in Qatar, and it came to flourish. A business where I supported and taught women what to eat and what exercises to do. Simple exercise programs to do at home, all to make it simple and convenient.
