What’s the difference between online coaching and working out with YouTube?
Workouts and other tips online are general, but online coaching is personalized. Online coaching gives you a personalized plan, and gives you personalized feedback to ensure your progress and success.
What’s the difference between having a personal trainer in the gym, and an online coach?
In general, a personal trainer in a gym is “only” giving you a training session as of your goals. Depending on your program, an online coaching program will also give you tracking, accountability, feedback, nutrition coaching, a personalized meal plan, help with your habits and lifestyle and even mindset training.
What is Energized Muslimah’s approach to fitness & nutrition?
A non-diet approach! And also with the belief that everyone can love to workout. That a healthy lifestyle can make you truly happy inside & out!
You’ll learn how to eat proper food, without being deprived or feeling hungry. That will give you the long term results that you are looking for. But it will also help you to decrease and eventually stop cravings for sugar and junk food. No more dieting.
Focus is on strength training, thanks to all the benefits on the whole body. You will get stronger, reshape your body and improve your posture, but also work on your cardio.
Who is the program for?
Energized Muslimah welcomes women, who are desiring to live a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, gain weight, get stronger, stop dieting and get long lasting results. Pre- & Postnatal, breastfeeding women included.
Will you get a diet or a meal plan?
Depending on your chosen program, you’ll get nutrition coaching or weekly feedback on your food diary. But you may also get a personalized meal plan. Which has the purpose of being an inspiration, to give you guidelines about what foods to eat and in which amounts for you. It’s about finding healthy habits, not a too strict general diet. Neither being in the mindset of dieting for a short and certain period of time. But rather learning healthy habits that will improve your wellbeing and make you reach your goals.
I haven’t done any training for years, can I get help to get started?
Yes! The Energized Muslimah coaching focuses on helping you from where you’re at, and to help you get started. We will start with the basics, step-by-step.
Can I workout at home, what equipment do I need?
Home fitness is excellent. In the 4-week Kick Start program you only need an exercise mat. For the other programs and effective training you need the following equipment:
- Fitness Ball
- Exercise mat
- 2 dumbbells, preferably adjustable with separete weight plates, ranging from 1-10 kg
- Mini bands
- Exercise band
- Foam Roller (optional)

Depending on your chosen program, you’ll get access to many features and benefits such as:

I’m a new mum, can the program help me?
For all new (within 12 months after newborn) mums, you’re most welcome to sign up for the Get Strong program. This is the program for you, where you’ll get the support and inspiration you need to restrengthen yourself with the goal of restoring energy and health, and to get back to any other type of training. However, all programs include custom training program design.
Do I need to take before- and after pictures?
No, you don’t have to, but it’s a great help. However the suggested before- and after pictures must be with clothes covering what we should covering front of another woman, meaning tights to the knees and a t-shirt at it’s minimum.
How is the program delivered to me online?
All of your coaching material, tracking, fitness programs, videos etc. is delivered directly online from Energized Muslimah’s website, but also through the Energized Muslimah App. Available both for iPhone and Android.
Is it an App or is it a personalized coaching program?
It’s a personalized coaching program, where we are communicating, but beautifully delivered through an App.
What are the exercise demonstrations like?
All exercises are demonstrated in fitness hijab outfits (as seen on Energized Muslimah social media accounts), with videos and without any music.
How do I invest in myself (pay)?
You invest in your health and fitness securly through signing up on Energized Muslimah’s website, followed by being directed to PayPal.
Is there any minimum commitment?
To ensure great results, a minimum of 3 months is required in order to start your online coaching program.
In which language is the program?
The program is in English. However, if you’re a Swedish speaker, the communication via email and zoom video call is given in Swedish.
I’m a stressed and exhausted mum, can you help me?
While the online coaching program is customized, it does require some work, which you must do yourself. It’s important that you feel that this fits into your life and that you’re open to make a positive change. If you currently are feeling fatigue, it’s better to wait until you’re recovered.
What types of recipes and foods are part of the program?
As simple and natural food as possible, and to make the entire meal prep time as quick and simple as possible. Cultural sensitivities or preferences are considered and the meal plan is adapted accordingly to your needs and requests.
Can I lose weight following this program?
Yes, if that is one of your goals, your program will be outlined for you to do that. But you have to do the work.
How long do I have access to the program?
During the time you have your coaching program active.
