The core of Energized Muslimah is to empower women all over the world to be fit and energized, and achieve a healthy relationship to food.
I simply love to work with women and follow them on their journey towards great health, whether it is on the Pilates mat, during a Personal Training session or Health Coaching talk.
It can be easy
The intention behind Energized Muslimah is to share of the knowledge I’ve acquired and inspire you, to find your own willingness for a healthy life from within; from today onwards. To exercise regularly and to eat healthy shouldn’t be hard, neither complicated, and it doesn’t have to be! Rather something, we cannot be without, thanks to the good benefits on our body and mind.
We might walk faster alone, but we can also be stronger together. Therefor I aim to create a community where you as a woman is empowered to have a strong body and a balanced soul, a community where we are brought together to inspire one another to move; to be fit and energized!
Being in good health, i.e. that we take the very best care of us, is part of our perfect religion of Islam and an important foundation for being able to be active and beneficial to others in our daily life, as well as in the society.
In my experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, I’ve many times faced however, that Muslim women aren’t encouraged to have exercise as part of a daily routine. Be it lack of ladies only facilities to do sports, lack of equipment, lack of knowledge about the benefits of a healthy life, never experienced how it is to feel strong and energized, or for other cultural reasons.
Alhamdulillah, today we can break these barriers by finding solutions for fast and efficient workouts at home for example, learn more about Fitness & Nutrition and get into healthy daily routines, in Shaa Allah!
It’s not about dieting
Please rest reassured; this blog isn’t about dieting or counting calories. Frankly speaking, it is merely about learning more about Fitness & Nutrition, followed by making step-by-step changes towards excellent health. I want you to feel fantastic too!
Strong and confident
I believe that a Muslimah nowadays is physically- and mentally strong. A balanced and knowledgeable woman; who is proud of her Islamic identity, which is the foundation of all our existence. We need to start with ourselves in order to be able to feel great and manage to fulfill all our obligations and goals, have energy for our families, and also, to be a beneficial part of the society as a whole.
I’d love to connect with you. Join the weekly Thursday newsletter now to ensure to stay updated and inspired!
