When I started this journey my main goal was to lose weight. I felt uncomfortable, insecure and a little depressed about how I looked and my fitness level.. or lack of! During the last 6 months I’ve learnt how to really take care of myself and nourish my body the way it deserves. I was a little sceptical that having an online trainer wouldn’t be enough to motivate me or keep me accountable but alhamdulilah that wasn’t the case at all. Carin was there with me every step of the way, always encouraging me, keeping me motiavted and checking on my progress. She provided meal plans and workout routines to follow and gave me daily feedback on my food diary. I found this really helpful and learnt so much about what food to eat and why they are good for us. I honestly can’t mention one thing that I would have liked her to have done differently mashallah. My main achievements through this programme have been weight loss and dropping a dress size but also being able to look in the mirror and like what I see, being able to feel the freedom of running for a long period of time, feeling strong, loving myself, getting my confidence back. I’m really grateful for this experience and will definitely be a returning client inchallah!
